SWITLIK MD-2-6H 6 PERSON HARD CANNISTER

Description   Designed for offshore use, the MD-2's twin tube configuration allow this raft to meet the requirements of the OFFshore Racing Council (ORC). It uses all the same construction methods, materials, components and equipment from Switlik's USCG Approved Coastal Life Raft. The nylon fabric used is urethane coated and all seams are double taped. The two, large boarding entrances are secured with heavy duty, marine grade zippers. The unique, single arch tube geometry provides excellent ventilation, lookout capability, and occupant headroom and to ease your eyesight the inside of the canopy is blue. Stability is increased with large capacity ballast pockets. The focus of the MD-2 design was to manufacture a more affordable life raft without sacrificing any safety. Safety equipment in the MD-2 package includes: 2 pressure relief valve plugs, 96 ounces drinking water, 3 raft repair kit clamps, 3 SOLAS hand-held flares, 36 seasickness tablets, a hand inflation pump, 2 parachute flares, flash light with spare batteries,signal mirror, first aid kit, 2 sponges, 2 paddles, a whistle and a bailer.
